ohgosh.
at LAST ive finished everything for adm admissions.
my portfolio, essay and VIDEO.
haha im watching my video over and over again.
im intending to submit it today(monday) just to be safe.
but seems now that i needa convert to some irritating avi/mov format.
waiting while my friend rescues me.
well, its been a crazy ride from hard disk crashing,
files not being able to open at the printing shop,
and now weird video formats to convert to.
but other than that i think the products are great!!
IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF.THE NOOB FILM MAKER.
WHO USED WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER, AND A DIGITAL CAM TO FILM.
THANKYOU EVERYONE WHO HAVE HELPED ME IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.

one week,seven days.

ahhhh uni applications are driving me nuts.
my external hard disk crashed last week and i didnt back up my stuff.
(smart ass)
so documents of my portfolio vanished.
like that. wth.
and hence i was really distressed.
was really an emotionally unstable week.

okay so for adm i gotta submit

1. A portfolio or demo reel of personal artwork, including projects developed in secondary education. The portfolio should demostrate general artistic proficiency plus ability in the desired area of BFA expertise (i.e. animation, photography, design, etc).

2. A short written composition in English of no more than 400 words explaining why you are uniquely qualified to enter a specific BFA program.

3. A 2-3 minutes movie with a personal explanation/performance demonstrating why you should be admitted into the BFA. The movie format should be region-free DVD, or a QuickTime or MediaPlayer file on a CD-ROM. Movies longer than 3 minutes will not be reviewed.

well now
portfolio's about done. just needa print.
essay's more or less there.maybe less. but still, at least its drafted.
video's gonna need a lil more help :/

im actually having fun shooting the vid.
which is hard to imagine cos ive never made my own film.
AND IM SUCH A NOOB THAT IM USING WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER.
so there. i hope it turns out reasonably okay.
but anw, ive got great actors and actresses so hopefully that'd compensate for the bad shooting.

ive been worrying myself sick tt i wouldnt get into adm.
i cant imagine not getting in.
and all my hopes'll be dashed.
what ive been looking forward to this whole year
gone like that.
i just cant imagine myself doing anything else besides taking 179 to the adm stop and walking into the glass building in my artsy fartsy garb and eating fake sandwiches and facing my mac all day long.
hahaha.wow.

oh and random,
i love my kids.
all 500 of them.

i cant believe i posted this Evian water ad few days before Indochine charged us $8.50 +++ for EACH freaking bottle of EVIAN WATER.
what kinda water is that!
thats peredatory pricing.
or not. whatever. i dont do econs anymore YAYNESS.

so anyway april 1st is approaching, if you havent please go submit uni applications asap!
i submitted my NTU one.
im going around telling ppl that my first choice's art.
and second's LAW.
haha im serious. if i dont get into adm i'll do law in NUS.
worse comes to worse i dont get in either, i'll do comm studies in NTU.
hahah, art and law. world of a difference eh.

been reallly busy with portfolio for adm and starting to panic cos april 1's deadline.
and i still gotta write an essay for it, and do a video.
urhhh and sch's started again; march hols just flew past like that.
ahhhhhhhh no time no time!

(my a levels results which im still veryvery shocked about)
(especially CHEMISTRY omgomg dear chemistry which ive never gotten beyond a D my 2 years)
