its self-declared end of prelims for us!
no one will actually bother about all our paper ones mcq next week. everyone's gearing up to par-tayyy already.

the prelims were horrid but at least today's was do-able. chem and econs paper 2. and the one thing that made my day was seeing the rainbow halo around the sun (:

at noon my sis msged me to go look at the sun. i was having lunch in the voiddeck with shu, eil, puimun and chuns. so we went out to the carpark and looked up. lo and behold there it was, a perfect circle of a rainbow surrounding the sun; it was gorgeous. i was so fascinated and stunned by it. lovely. i felt..blessed.
we were all just standing around, pointing and marvelling at the sky. me and some other classmates even started snapping pictures of it. gosh we must have looked soooooooo retarded,hahah.

heres what i got with my really lousy phone,but i thought the pictures were nice enough(: too bad i couldnt get one of the full circle. but i feel worse for u all who missed it. aww..

simply miraculous, aint it. awesome.

yes u can actually make out the faint outline of a 2nd rainbow just above the first one if u stare and imagine hard enough. blame it on my lousy phone.

i love rainbows; its amazing how all the factors like rain, light, reflection, refraction, and even the degree of the sun in the sky or something along that line, all just fall in place nicely just to produce this wonderful phenomenon.
i think its a perfect work of art, though art, subjective as it is, should never be perfect.with the exception of rainbows of course(:
